Our Dedicated Staff

Luke Duffy has been working at Cataumet Club Camp since the summer of 2014. He began his career at camp as a sailing instructor and later went on to run the sailing program. Luke served as the Waterfront Director for three years before stepping into the role of Executive Director in 2024.

During the off-season, Luke works as an elementary school teacher in Newton Public Schools, where he brings the same leadership, organization, and care for children to his work in the classroom.
